SPARXDARFIELD, BARNSLEY

It’s just Ben.

I’m Ben Dunwiley. Sparx Innovations is me: one person in Darfield who builds the boring systems that stop small businesses losing work.

I build websites and the machinery behind them — the text that goes back to a missed call, the reminder that stops a no-show, the nudge that gets a quote answered. Then I keep them running, which is the part most people actually pay for.

There’s no sales team and no account manager. When you send an enquiry, I read it and I reply, by email, the same working day. If what you need isn’t something I do well, I’ll say so.

How working together goes
1

You describe the problem

In your words, not mine. "The phone rings out when I'm on jobs" is a complete description.

2

You get a written quote

One setup cost, one monthly price, in writing. What's quoted is what you pay.

3

I build it and keep it running

You carry on running your business. Each month you see exactly what the system did.

The honest part

Sparx is small and new, and I’d rather you knew that than found out. Small means you deal with the person who builds it, decisions take a conversation instead of a committee, and I can’t afford to do bad work in a town where everyone knows everyone. If you want an agency with a floor of account managers, I’m not it — and I can’t be, which is rather the point.

Tell me what’s slipping through your fingers.

A short message is enough. I read every one and reply myself, by email, the same working day.
