Every price has three parts you’ll never argue about: one setup cost, one monthly price, and nothing else.
One setup cost
Paid once, when we build it. Waived entirely if you commit to 12 months.
One monthly price
Hosting, maintenance and fixes are inside it. If something we built breaks, fixing it costs you nothing.
Nothing else
No hourly billing. No surprise bills. Three-month minimum, then it's monthly and you can leave any month.
Prices last reviewed August 2026. What we quote you in writing is what you pay.
Why "from"?
Because the exact price depends on your setup — how many locations, which tools you already use. The number in your written quote is fixed. It never goes up mid-contract.
What if I want to stop?
Three-month minimum, then leave any month. Things get switched off cleanly and everything that’s yours stays yours.
Will you promise it pays for itself?
No — any number we put here would be invented. You’ll see what the system did each month, and you decide if it’s worth it.
Is VAT extra?
No. Sparx Innovations is not VAT-registered, so the price you see is the full price.
