Every one of these is real — built, and used. Some were built for ourselves first, because the quickest way to find out whether a system works is to depend on it. Your system will be custom-made for your business. Here are some examples of systems we’ve built:
Always respond, even when you're busy
You're out on a job and can't get to the phone, so the call rings out. Within a minute, the caller gets a text from your business: sorry we missed you, what do you need? Their reply comes straight through to you.
The customer knows you've seen them, so they're less likely to ring the next name on the list, and you get to finish the job you're on. We built this for our own phone line first.
Never lose track of a potential customer
When someone contacts your business, the system automatically captures their enquiry and keeps all the information in one place.
You can see who contacted you, when they got in touch, what they're looking for and what happened next — so no more searching through emails, messages or paperwork.
The system can also automatically send follow-ups, gather information from customers and reconnect with people who didn't book the first time.
You'll always know where your enquiries are coming from, how many become customers and where there's an opportunity to win more business.
Automated product upload
Built for our own online shop. Every new product used to mean the same afternoon: photograph it, work out a stock code, type up the listing, upload it. Now the files go in one end and the finished listing comes out the other, photos and all, and it's live on the shop.

A website that checks itself
A set of checks that go through your live website looking for what Google looks at: broken links, text you can't read, pages that shouldn't be there, and how it works on a phone, which is where most people will see it. You get a list of what's wrong, with the fixes ranked.
It comes with a rehearsed backup and restore, so if a page breaks there's a way back that's been tested.
